La Maison de l’Espérance est un établissement de ressources communautaires à but non lucratif qui favorise la sécurité de la collectivité en offrant le soutien et les services axés sur le client nécessaires pour faciliter la réinsertion sociale responsable et le changement de mode de vie de ses clients.

Philosophie et objectifs

In accordance with the Corrections & Conditional Release Act (CCRA), the purpose of conditional release is to contribute to the protection of society. One of the ways that this legislative mandate is fulfilled is to assist offenders to reintegrate into the community as law-abiding citizens. In accordance with the CCRA, the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) must ensure that programs, plans, and supervision are in place in institutions and the community to assist in an offender’s reintegration.

Community Residential Facilities (CRFs) promote the successful reintegration of offenders into the community. CRFs contribute to the management of risk by ensuring that suitable accommodation, support systems, and monitoring are in place to assist conditionally released individuals become law-abiding citizens.

La Maison de l’espérance est située au 32, Gilmour en plein centre-ville d’Ottawa.

Nous nous trouvons à quelques minutes des itinéraires d’autobus d’OC Transpo, du YM/YWCA, de la Bibliothèque publique d’Ottawa, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et magasins de détail.

Nous offrons également des programmes sur le terrain et un service de consultation au Centre Bronson situé au 211, avenue Bronson, Ottawa.
